Often times on DCR when we would talk about something that was sweeping the trail running world we would preface it with, “Unless you’ve been living under a rock…”
It just so happens that since getting back from Australia I have been living under a rock – or more appropriately being crushed to death under a rock, that rock being my day job, which at times can leave me feeling globally exhausted and utterly consumed.
Towards the end of last week, the rock was rolled off me somewhat and I began to pay attention to the outside world, reconnect with those around me and take several big deep breaths.
St Eugene of the Infinite Forbearance sent me the link to the Koop Spring-Energy-Reel-Take-Down of the Awesome Sauce and the Roaches.
I raised my eyebrows in surprise, and moved on with my day.
